He began his entrepreneurial journey as the co-founder of Drones Tech Lab, developing UAVs for industries, and Edurade, a start-up providing practical educational programs. Arab Khan, despite a school drop-out had a vision and dreams of achieving great things. Prashant Nikam

Founder & Chairman

Prashant has an outstanding academic background, having obtained multiple qualifications from some of the world’s top universities. He recently completed his MSc in Public Policy and is a qualified CPA, having obtained his MBA from the Cranfield School of Business in the UK. He also qualified for the Indian Civil Services Examination, setting the stage for a long and illustrious career in the public sector. Over the course of his 25-year career, Prashant has held several key positions in various Central Government Departments in India.

Prashant first ventured into Sapio Analytics, a data analytics and AI startup as a co-founder. Later, he entered the EV manufacturing business REM Ltd. Prashant Nikam’s passion for entrepreneurship led him to take the reins at UAV Systems Pvt. Ltd., where his diverse and extensive experience is proving to be a major asset to the organization.

Colonel ‘Dato’ Ajay Ahlawata

Founder & Strategic Advisor

Col. Ajay Ahlawat, born in Gochhi, Haryana, has served the Indian National Army for over 24 years and retired at the age of 41 as “Col. ‘Dato’ Ahlawat”. His dedication and loyalty to the nation earned him the title of ‘DATO’ [Sir] by the Sultan of Johor, Malaysia.

After retiring from the Army, he ventured into the business world and founded the Rissala Group, which includes Rissala Electric Motors, Rissala Heritage, Rissala Decor, Rissala Organics, and Rissala Resorts and Hotels. His latest business venture, Evolet India, produces electric scooters for public use.

His enterprising nature has led him to venture into new areas, and one of them is UAV Systems Private Limited, where he is the Founder and Strategic Advisor. With his years of experience in military service and a combination of enterprising, inquisitive, and innovative qualities, Col. Ajay Ahlawat’s strategic guidance and mentorship are invaluable to the success of UAV Systems Private Limited.
